WTW has once again partnered with The Dive In Festival to champion essential conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the insurance industry.
Founded in 2015, The Dive In Festival is the world’s largest event dedicated to diversity and inclusion. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, the festival will explore the theme “A Sustainable Future: The Next 10 Years.” This year’s discussions will encourage businesses to see inclusive and diverse cultures not just as a compliance issue but as a crucial driver of long-term success.
The 2024 festival, running from September 24–26, will feature several WTW professionals at the forefront of discussions on diversity, inclusion, mental resilience, and personal well-being.
